DC-Area Transit Immune To Elevator Bid Challenge, Circ. Said

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority enjoys sovereign immunity from challenge to the Schindler Elevator Corporation purchase decision because it is an “interstate pact” between Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, U.S. circuit judge Karen LeCraft Henderson wrote in Friday’s notice.
